- September 12 through September 30 – Site visits conducted
- Early November – Announcement of honorees
- Mid November – Feedback reports sent
- Late January 2012 – Recognition ceremony
Examiner Important Dates
- July 15 – Examiner Registration deadline
- July 13, July 14 – Examiner Training sessions
- July 25 through August 15 – Independent review/Consensus review of applications
- August 22 through September 1 – Site visit training
- September 12 through September 30 – Site visits conducted
- October 7 – Final site visit consensus report deadline
- Early November – Announcement of honorees
- Late January 2012 – Recognition ceremony
